Combined Rental (Full Estate)
For larger groups, the Rustic Apartment may be rented together with the main villa as part of the Full Estate (Villa + Rustic Apartment), subject to request and approval.
In this case:
Guests will have access to both the villa and the Rustic Apartment
A 3% surcharge will be applied to the combined rental price of both units
This supplement covers shared services such as daily breakfast and housekeeping, which are not normally included in the rental of the Rustic Apartment.

EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking. Cancellation of a booking, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
