The property welcomes you through an entrance hall on the ground floor, setting the tone for the spacious and bright interior, which is furnished in a comfortable and stylish manner throughout.

On the first upper floor, you will find a generous living and dining room that opens onto a balcony, offering a relaxing space to unwind. Adjacent to it is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table for shared meals. This floor also provides direct access to the garden and includes a shower and WC.
