Please note that check-in after midnight cannot be accommodated. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability on the relevant day and must be confirmed with the Concierge Office. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, typically following a Saturday to Saturday schedule, except for last-minute booking requests. Short stays and daily rates may be available on request during other seasons. A concierge service operates from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and remains available for emergencies outside these hours. The welcoming service is provided for key collection and villa explanation upon your arrival. Maid service is provided in a time frame between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm, 6 days per week excluding Sundays and public holidays for this villa. The service includes cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms and a quick cleaning of the kitchen, with deeper cleaning provided once weekly for longer stays. Bathroom towels are changed twice per week, while linen and pool towels are changed weekly for guests staying 2 consecutive weeks or more. Full gardening and pool cleaning services are maintained throughout your stay. A shuttle service to and from the estate restaurant is available every day for dinner time with prior reservation for up to 8 people maximum, though multiple round trips per villa are not available. Only transfers arranged through the estate concierge team are permitted to access the property. It is strongly recommended that you arrange your own rental vehicle to move inside and outside the estate, noting that sports cars and low-height vehicles are not suitable for the white gravel roads. The estate is best explored on foot or by bike, though transfers within the estate can be arranged through your concierge. All services and activities during your stay must be provided by or through the estate facilities, and advance booking is essential as availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute requests. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to local municipal regulations.
