The main floor is served by 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower room with bidet and WC. On the lower ground floor, there is a living and sleeping room featuring 1 double bed and a shower with WC, along with an open kitchen. This lower level opens directly onto the garden. It is important to note that 1 double bedroom is located outside the main apartment area, and there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors.
