The comfortable and cozy furnishings include a living/dining room with a sofa bed and a TV, as well as an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is one double bedroom with a TV, two rooms, each with a double sofa bed, and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. The kitchen also provides an exit to the veranda. The house features two showers, bidets, and WCs.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
