Very nice, cozy little apartment, elegantly furnished.
On the first floor (one flight of stairs, no elevator), with independent entrance and a small veranda.
Kitchen-living room with dining table, kitchenette with dishwasher, sofa, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine.
Two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one bedroom with a large single bed.
Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer.
From the living room you reach the small veranda, with washing machine and clothesline.
Air conditioning: one split unit in the kitchen-living room that serves the whole apartment. Free Wi-Fi.

The beach can be reached on foot in 2 minutes: the closest one is exactly 100 meters away!
The surrounding beaches are all sandy, mostly private (beach clubs where you pay for umbrella and sunbeds - open from early June to late September).
Free beach about 1 km away (Molo Landini or the Diano Marina traffic light).

Great location: shops, bars and restaurants are very close.
The Diano Marina seafront promenade begins a few steps from the apartment.
Minimarket 300 meters away. The centre of Diano Marina, with its pedestrian area and more shops and restaurants, is about 600 meters away.
There are 3 large supermarkets about 1 km away, easily reachable by car.

New: the Ponente Ligure cycle path is just 50 meters away, and there is a bike rental shop close by. Discover the area in the low season too, along the famous panoramic cycle path by the sea between Andora and Ospedaletti!

On request: private parking space 50 meters away, behind a gate, at 10 euros per day, to be paid on site, subject to availability and car size.

Good to know:
- Beds are made and ready on your arrival, bed linen included. If you need a different arrangement (for example, two separate beds for a couple), just let us know a few days before arrival.
- Please send us your mobile phone number and your estimated arrival time, so that our receptionist can welcome you without any wait. We also use WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal and Facebook Messenger.

Important notes:
- Check-in: from 16:00. Check-out: by 10:00. These times allow us to clean and prepare the apartment.
- Upon check-in, all guests, including children, must show a valid identity document: Italian law requires us to register every guest with the authorities.
- Tourist tax: to be paid in cash upon check-in, 2 euros per person per night, for the first 7 nights, for guests aged 14 and over.
