You will be staying in a spacious 5-room house that spans over 350 square meters across two levels. The comfortable and tastefully furnished living room features an open-hearth fireplace and a TV, with an exit leading to the garden. The dining room provides a dedicated space for enjoying meals. The well-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with an exit to the garden. There is also a shower/WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find one room with a double bed and access to a balcony, as well as two additional double bedrooms. The upper level also has a bath/shower/WC.

The property is well-appointed with various amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Natural stone floors add warmth and character throughout. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Prachtig net gerenoveerd groot, ruim huis met een uniek uitzicht over de heuvels met heerlijke druiven, welke in bezit zijn van het huis. Er heerst een serene rust en veel privacy in de tuin. Eigenaren en medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis ligt wat afgelegen waardoor rust en privacy gegarandeerd zijn. Het was een uitstekende vakantie.

There is a serene tranquility and a lot of privacy in the garden. Owners and employees are very friendly and helpful. The house is somewhat remote, which guarantees peace and privacy. It was an excellent holiday.
