You will be staying in the "Eva" 7-room villa, which spans 240 square meters and is situated on the ground floor. The villa features a bright, tasteful, and cozy interior design. The living/dining room includes a sofabed measuring 120 cm wide and 200 cm long, with direct access to the garden. There are two double bedrooms, both with exits leading to the garden. The kitchen/living room is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, and a kettle, and also has a door leading to the garden. Additionally, there is a shower room with a bidet and toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor, you will find another living/dining room with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with two more double bedrooms and a room with two bunk beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long). The upper floor also features a kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, and a kettle, as well as a shower room with a bidet and toilet. All rooms on the upper floor have access to a balcony.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, although heating is only available from November 1st to March 31st. The garden spans 200 square meters and includes terrace furniture and a barbecue area.
