On the ground floor, you will find a large open dining room featuring a dining table with direct access to the garden, a billiard room for leisure, and a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, also with an exit to the garden. This level is completed by a shower room with WC and a separate WC.
On the first upper floor, a large open living room with satellite TV serves as the main gathering space.
