The 1 double bedroom also benefits from its own exit to a balcony and is fitted with a fan to ensure comfort during warmer periods. The kitchen is a fully equipped space featuring an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave, and includes a dining table for shared meals, with a further exit to the balcony. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
