You will be staying in a 5-room semi-detached house that spans across 200 square meters and two levels. The property features a bright and beautifully furnished living/dining room with a dining table and TV, as well as an exit leading to the garden. The large kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and also has an exit to the garden.

Amenities Included
The vacation rental comes fully equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, and internet access (WiFi, free). Additionally, the property offers a terrace with outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue, allowing you to enjoy alfresco dining and outdoor relaxation. Panoramic views add to the overall appeal of the property.

Other Information
The upper floor of the property comprises four bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed (160 cm). Two of the rooms have their own shower/WC, while there is also a separate bath/WC. Please note that when the maximum capacity of eight guests is not met, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. Heating is available from October 1st to April 30th. Non-smokers are preferred, and a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed. It's important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Beautiful location (you do need a car) and Sophia was very accommodating in helping with things we needed. The pool is lovely although not directly by the property (2 minutes walk). However if you want a kitchen big enough that you want to cook for 8 people (assuming to have both apartments) it isn’t adequate.. the utensils are not enough, the crockery is chipped and generally needs some serious TLC as well as any powder around the kitchen worktop and on the floor… don’t get me wrong this is a lovely property it’s just the kitchen that needs to be changed so if you aren’t necessarily planning on using the kitchen it’s lush.. I would recommend to a friend with the caveat on the kitchen
