Sie hat 3 separate Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer mit Dusche, was sehr praktish ist. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft auch aufgeräumt und sauber. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist auch super, wie auch korrekt online beschrieben. Einige Dinge sind jedoch störend / verbesserungswürdig: - Die Dame am Empfang spricht leider weder gut Deutsch noch Englisch (Italienisch mit Sicherheit ebenfalls nicht), die Verständigung ist daher ziemlich schwierig. Sie legte uns bei unserer Ankunft einen Zettel zum Durchlesen hin, mit den wichtigsten Infos. Für die 200 Euro Kaution wird keine Quittung o.ä. ausgestellt. Auf dem Dresen liegt der Zettel, auf dem man von allen anderen Gästen die Namen, Geburtsdaten und Passnummern nachlesen kann. - Die Küche in der Wohnung ist an sich gut mit Geräten ausgestattet (Herd, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, sogar Geschirrspühler). Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien ist jedoch sehr, sehr schlecht. So etwas haben wir zuvor noch nie erlebt. In der 6-Personen-Wohnung gab es z.B. 6 große Löffel, 6 Gabeln, 6 Messer, 6 teife Teller, 6 große Teller und 3 normalgroße Frühstücksteller. Ausstattung mit Tassen, Gläsern und Schüsseln ist ebenfalls mäßig bis schlecht. Im Schrank gab es fürs Kochen ganze 2 Töpfe, Fassungsvermögen jeweils ca 1 Liter, keine Deckel. Wie soll man da etwas für 6 Personen kochen?? Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns an der Rezeption ein großer Kochtopf ausgegeben. Zum Glück hatten wir auch noch einen eigenen Kochtopf mit. Bei dieser Ausstattung nützt selbst der beste Geschirrspühler nichts. Die Herdplatten werden fehlerhaft angesteuert, daher wurde provisorisch am Herd mit kleinen Aufklebern markiert, welcher Knopf für welche Herdplatte ist. - Es war leider nicht möglich, 2 Haus- sowie Wohnungsschlüssel zu bekommen. Wenn man mit mehreren Leuten im Urlaub ist, sind nicht immer alle zusammen unterwegs und man muss dann immer im Voraus planen, wer nachmittags den Schlüssel eher braucht. Bei einer so großen Ferienwohnung sollten mehrere Schlüssel eigentlich selbstverständlich sein. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns zwar ein zweites Paar Schlüssel gegeben, wie sich aber bald herausstellte, war ein falscher Schlüssel dabei (es hatte sich leider schon jemand ausgesperrt). - In den meißten Ferienwohnungen werden in der Küche einen Lappen zum Aufwaschen, etwas Spühlmittel oder auch etwas Seife im Bad zur Verfügung gestellt. Das alles gab es hier leider nicht. Das ist zwar kein Muss, aber doch mittlerweile Standard in den meisten Ferienunterkünften, die preismäßig im gleichen Bereich liegen. - Es wird auch eine Sauna angeboten, die aber leider nur von 17 bis 19:30 Uhr benutzt werden darf. Das ist genau die Zeit, in der man vom Skifahren zurück kommt, eventuell noch Einkäufe erledigt und das Abendessen zubereitet (insbesondere wenn man mit Kind(ern) unterwegs ist). Wir konnten das leider nicht ausprobieren. Man merkt bei der Wohnung, dass dort keine Liebe und Herzblut mehr reingesteckt wird. Die Dame, die das dort alles managed ist zwar nicht unfreundlich, aber sie scheint dort mit der Situation überfordert zu sein. Wenn spezifische Fragen auftauchen, heißt es immer, dass sie da erst den Chef/Boss anrufen muss. Wir waren zum Glück nicht weiter auf sie angewiesen. Für uns war die Unterkunft ok - wir waren froh, dass wir überhaupt noch eine bekommen hatten. Wenn wir allerdings beim nächsten Mal die Wahl haben, werden wir diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal wählen! Sie hat 3 separate Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer mit Dusche, was sehr praktish ist. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft auch aufgeräumt und sauber. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist auch super, wie auch korrekt online beschrieben. Einige Dinge sind jedoch störend / verbesserungswürdig: - Die Dame am Empfang spricht leider weder gut Deutsch noch Englisch (Italienisch mit Sicherheit ebenfalls nicht), die Verständigung ist daher ziemlich schwierig. Sie legte uns bei unserer Ankunft einen Zettel zum Durchlesen hin, mit den wichtigsten Infos. Für die 200 Euro Kaution wird keine Quittung o.ä. ausgestellt. Auf dem Dresen liegt der Zettel, auf dem man von allen anderen Gästen die Namen, Geburtsdaten und Passnummern nachlesen kann. - Die Küche in der Wohnung ist an sich gut mit Geräten ausgestattet (Herd, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, sogar Geschirrspühler). Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien ist jedoch sehr, sehr schlecht. So etwas haben wir zuvor noch nie erlebt. In der 6-Personen-Wohnung gab es z.B. 6 große Löffel, 6 Gabeln, 6 Messer, 6 teife Teller, 6 große Teller und 3 normalgroße Frühstücksteller. Ausstattung mit Tassen, Gläsern und Schüsseln ist ebenfalls mäßig bis schlecht. Im Schrank gab es fürs Kochen ganze 2 Töpfe, Fassungsvermögen jeweils ca 1 Liter, keine Deckel. Wie soll man da etwas für 6 Personen kochen?? Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns an der Rezeption ein großer Kochtopf ausgegeben. Zum Glück hatten wir auch noch einen eigenen Kochtopf mit. Bei dieser Ausstattung nützt selbst der beste Geschirrspühler nichts. Die Herdplatten werden fehlerhaft angesteuert, daher wurde provisorisch am Herd mit kleinen Aufklebern markiert, welcher Knopf für welche Herdplatte ist. - Es war leider nicht möglich, 2 Haus- sowie Wohnungsschlüssel zu bekommen. Wenn man mit mehreren Leuten im Urlaub ist, sind nicht immer alle zusammen unterwegs und man muss dann immer im Voraus planen, wer nachmittags den Schlüssel eher braucht. Bei einer so großen Ferienwohnung sollten mehrere Schlüssel eigentlich selbstverständlich sein. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns zwar ein zweites Paar Schlüssel gegeben, wie sich aber bald herausstellte, war ein falscher Schlüssel dabei (es hatte sich leider schon jemand ausgesperrt). - In den meißten Ferienwohnungen werden in der Küche einen Lappen zum Aufwaschen, etwas Spühlmittel oder auch etwas Seife im Bad zur Verfügung gestellt. Das alles gab es hier leider nicht. Das ist zwar kein Muss, aber doch mittlerweile Standard in den meisten Ferienunterkünften, die preismäßig im gleichen Bereich liegen. - Es wird auch eine Sauna angeboten, die aber leider nur von 17 bis 19:30 Uhr benutzt werden darf. Das ist genau die Zeit, in der man vom Skifahren zurück kommt, eventuell noch Einkäufe erledigt und das Abendessen zubereitet (insbesondere wenn man mit Kind(ern) unterwegs ist). Wir konnten das leider nicht ausprobieren. Man merkt bei der Wohnung, dass dort keine Liebe und Herzblut mehr reingesteckt wird. Die Dame, die das dort alles managed ist zwar nicht unfreundlich, aber sie scheint dort mit der Situation überfordert zu sein. Wenn spezifische Fragen auftauchen, heißt es immer, dass sie da erst den Chef/Boss anrufen muss. Wir waren zum Glück nicht weiter auf sie angewiesen. Für uns war die Unterkunft ok - wir waren froh, dass wir überhaupt noch eine bekommen hatten. Wenn wir allerdings beim nächsten Mal die Wahl haben, werden wir diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal wählen!
