The main level boasts a spacious living and dining area with a dining table and flat-screen TV, along with direct access to the garden. There is a separate dining room, also leading to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas burners, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It has a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace, providing a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, there is a shower and toilet on this level.
