On the ground floor, the first bedroom features 2 single beds of 80 cm each and benefits from a decorative open-hearth fireplace as well as a direct exit to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes a dining table and opens onto the terrace as well. A shower room complete with bidet and WC serves this floor. On the upper floor, a spacious living and dining area with a dining table provides a comfortable gathering space, with direct access to the balcony of 18 m2. The second bedroom on this floor also features 2 single beds of 80 cm and enjoys its own exit to the balcony, while the third bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed of 140 cm and similarly opens onto the balcony. A second shower room with WC is located on this floor. The outdoor spaces are generous and varied, comprising an 18 m2 balcony, a 20 m2 terrace that is partly roofed, and a small patio, all of which frame a very beautiful view of the sea.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
