The upper floor, reached via an exterior staircase, serves as the main living area and includes a spacious living and dining room, an open kitchen, and several sleeping quarters. On this floor, 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a comfortable double bed and a fan, while a third bedroom accommodates up to 3 guests with 3 individual beds and is complemented by a shower and WC. The upper floor also offers a bath and WC as well as an additional shower and WC, ensuring comfortable facilities for all guests. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level features an oven, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The living and dining room is centered around an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, with satellite TV available for entertainment, and direct access to the loggia.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
