This area leads out to a terrace and pergola. Additionally, there is a large kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, and a pizza oven, as well as a small dining table. The kitchen provides access to the garden, and there is a separate guest toilet.
