On the second upper floor, there is a large room with two beds, a double sofa bed (140 cm), and air conditioning for your comfort. There is also a separate toilet on this level. Please note that the property does not have a heating option, but it does feature natural stone floors throughout.

These include a 12 square meter terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area, providing a delightful space for al fresco dining and relaxation. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
