You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that measures 55 square meters and is located on the 1st floor. The cozy and practical furnishings include a living/dining room with a sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning, leading to a terrace. There is one double bedroom with access to a balcony, and another room with a double sofa bed that also opens onto the terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with four hot plates, a dishwasher, microwave, and freezer.

The apartment comes with a shower, bidet, and toilet. It also features air conditioning and forced-air heating (at an additional cost). In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
