Conveniently located 2 km (1 mi) from Loppeglia-fiano, Italy and only 21 km (13 mi) from Lucca. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items, but if you need a larger shopping center there is one located only 13 km (8 mi) from the property where you can purchase groceries and personal items.

The house has a completely fenced and private garden at guests' complete disposal.
