It's rare to find a luxury villa with a swimming pool just 10 minutes from downtown Rome.
Villa Nocetta is located in Monteverde, an area of Rome which is only a 10 minutes drive from the Vatican and the characteristic Trastevere area. It is also near the wonderful park of commercial points of interest very easy.

The house was built more than 60 years ago but was recently renovated. While keeping the charm of that period, it has been transformed into an abode of luxury and comfort. It is surrounded by a fenced garden with tall pines.

The swimming pool, surrounded by greenery, is equipped with sunshade parasols, chairs and sun beds. The park and swimming pool are equipped with a nightly lighting system that makes it an ideal palaces to relax during warm summer evenings.

Also it is possible to work in absolute quiet in the peace of the study, equipped with fax, PC priner, scanner and internet wifi.

Villa Nocetta guests also have to their disposal two caretakers who help with anything they may need but always respect the guests' privacy. The staff stay in an apartment with separate entrance located at the rear of the villa.

Guests at Villa Nocetta can work out in the property’s fitness area. A welcome apéritif is also provided.

Interior Description

On entering the villa, guests will be met with a bright and elegant living room with original 50s marble floors, precious curtains, refined furnishings and a beautiful fireplace. The dining room features a large table that seats 12 people, enhanced by an impressive chandelier above. The kitchen, located on the ground floor, is contemporary and functional, and faces an outdoor dining area and barbecue. On the same floor, there are two elegant double en-suite bedrooms.

On the lower floor of VILLANOCETTA there is a recreation area where guests can spend their leisure time in total privacy. This floor features a fireplace, a large sofa, TV, a wine cellar with prestigious Italian wines, a pool table, a comfortable workstation with an Apple computer, printer, scanner and fax machine to work in complete autonomy. There is also a fully equipped fitness area with TechnoGym machines, so guests can get your exercise
fix.
