Villa Ermione is a beautiful liberty style ancient mansion situated in the outskirts of Patti, 60 Km on the western side of Messina, and exactly in the vicinity of Mongiove, little bathing locality (grocer's, bar, restaurants). The villa is settled in a quiet and sunny location with view to the countryside and to the sea and close to a free sandy beach easily reachable on foot (80 meters away). At the border of the villa extends a wide courtyard common to a small group of typical local houses while at the its back extends a magnificent garden - accessible through an external stairway leading down to the ground floor - with exotic plants and shady corners, enlighten at night and equipped with furniture and outside shower. The dwelling has the whole charm of the old countryside mansions yet and maintains architectonic features peculiar to the culture and traditions of its epoch: high ceilings with decorated vaults, pavements made out of cement and upholstered with decorations, large wood ingot doors and tended ancient style furnishings of good taste.
