Property Description
Villa La Terrazza is located 6 km (4 mi) from Vicchio, Italy and only 43 km (27 mi) from Florence in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings". Villa La Terrazza is a beautiful stone building (300 sq m) with WiFi internet, private pool and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably in four bedrooms with four bathrooms.
The property is composed of the main building and the annex, however they are connected by a loggia.
What to Expect
When you arrive you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. Also available outside are a patio and barbecue grill. Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Tuscan, the fully furnished patio is the perfect setting to enjoy food, family and the lovely Tuscan weather.
In order to reach the property, you have to travel a dirt, partially paved road for approximately 300m.
IMPORTANT: One side of the property and a part of the garden adjoins "San Lorenzo" (about 30 m. away) and they are divided simply by a laurel hedge. Both houses have a separate and independent entrance, outdoor pool and private spaces. There is the possibility of booking both houses together.

The location and outdoor areas are beautiful - although the pool and pavers are showing signs of age. The small villa is perfect although again showing signs of wear and tear (Dishwasher was not working and kitchen poorly equipped. The main villa requires alot of attention with toilets and showers not working properly, aircon not working in one room, missing light bulbs and dirty pillows. Despite previous reviews there are still no pool towels provided and no mention that renters will need special power adaptors for the 10A electrics. Given the remote location, a small amenities pack (Milk, coffee, bread etc) upon arrival would be a nice touch - especially considering the premium rental fees. On the plus side, the Wi-fi was excellent. With a small investment to bring the cleanliness and facilities up to standard, this could be an amazing property once more.
