Amazing property. Has the wow factor! It’s huge! Lovely pool a couple of minutes walk from house. Caretaker shares entrance to accommodation and lives on site. The villa is in a hamlet about 40 minutes drive from Florence and about 10 minutes drive to nearest town / shop.

Property was stunning. Mario and Katherina were extremely helpful. We had a group of 9 and there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Property is a bit out of the way so, a car is recommended but it was SO well worth it

A beautiful villa with huge amounts of space both inside and out. We would have love dot have stayed longer but availability was limited. Catarina and Mauro were really helpful and efficient, particularly when we arrived rather later than expected on our first day.

The villa and grounds were perfect for my friends and me. We enjoyed the pool, garden, and made wonderful pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven. The host was so accommodating, and chef Marta created a birthday dinner that was delicious and memorable. I would definitely stay here again!
