Immersed in the green Mugello valley, a few kilometers from Florence, the house is surrounded by a 1,000 sq m garden. The location allows you to easily reach the main towns of the region like Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa. It is also possible train connections starting from the Vicchio station. The property also has a loggia equipped with barbecue for outdoor dining and a private car park. Fishing possibilities and walks on foot.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön an einem Bach und bietet daher auch in heißen Monaten immer Frische und Kühle. Wir könnten uns frei auf dem gesamten Areal bewegen, was besonders meiner Hündin sehr gefallen hat. Die Wände des Hauses sind schön gestaltet und das Haus bietet reichlich Platz für 4 Personen.
Beim Mobiliar, besonders die Kaminstühle, könnte der Besitzer über eine Verbesserung nachdenken.
Der Besitzer ist sehr bemüht und nett und hat versucht unseren Wünschen zu entsprechen.

Het huis met een mooie geschiedenis heeft een fantastische ligging in het groen en aan de beek. Een super uitvalsbasis voor steden als Siena, Arezzo en Florence, maar ook voor een mooie wandeling, hike of trailrun in de zeer nabij gelegen natuur. Een groot en lekker zoetwatermeer (Bilancino) op 30 minuten rijden. Het huis is eenvoudig ingericht, maar van de meeste gemakken voorzien. Iets meer keukengereedschap zoals een spatel of garde zou wel fijn zijn. Eigenaar Maurizio en beheerder Marco gaven ons een erg warm welkom en waren altijd goed bereikbaar voor een vraag. Het paadje (+/- 50mtr) naar het huisje is Italiaans krap en met een brede auto of SUV te doen maar wel een uitdaging. Heerlijke ruime privé tuin met voldoende zon én schaduw en na een lange dag lopen gaf de beek heerlijke verkoeling aan de voeten. De ligging aan de beek en in het groen maakte de avonden en nachten ook heerlijk aangenaam. Een redelijk stabiele wifi-verbinding en een goede warmwatervoorziening maakten het huisje prima vertoeven voor 2,5 week.

Héél rustig gelegen vakantieverblijf, helemaal in de natuur, op het einde van een doodlopende (steil aflopende) weg.
Geschikt voor twee volwassenen, eventueel met 2 kinderen, maar weinig accommodatie in de buurt voor de jeugdigen.
Even rijden naar de dichtstbijzijnde "stad" Vicchio, een uurtje naar Firenze. Midden in de Mugello met prachtige landschappen en een aantal leuke stadjes.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
The house was charming and comforatble...real country living. The setting in the hills of Tuscany was beautiful. Maurizio was very nice and helpful. We hopel to return one day.

Friendly host, beautiful location. Kitchen equipment in need of improvement. Building itself is suited for the warmer season. We stayed there in April and thus spent a fair amount on heating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Ripresa and were made to feel very much at home by the owner, Maurizio. Despite our extremely late arrival due to our flight, he came to greet us and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The accommodation itself is full of character and the location peaceful. The surrounding countryside is stunning and the nearby town of Vicchio has some great restaurants. This is a great location for anyone that wants to experience the untouched Tuscany. We will undoubtedly return.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Der Besitzer äußerst freundlich und kümmert sich gut. Der Garten ist schön und gepflegt. Das Haus ist bei kälteren Temperaturen nur bedingt geeignet, da es ziemlich zugig ist. Die Heizkosten fallen dementsprechend sehr hoch aus, wenn man nicht darauf achtet, kann dass eine böse Überraschung werden am ende des Urlaubs. Die Einfahrt ist etwas eng und für ganz große Autos ungeeignet. BMW 3er hatte noch wenige cm Luft...

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Geschichte. sehr ruhig am Bach gelegen, mit schöner Terrasse und sinnvoller Aufteilung. Der Besitzer ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
