Property Description
Podere Schignano is located 13 km (8 mi) from Vicchio, Italy and only 40 km (25 mi) from Florence in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings". Podere Schignano is a lovely stone building (360 sq m) with WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with five bathrooms. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on holiday.
The Experience
When you arrive at Podere Schignano you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. After a hectic day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. Also available outside are a barbecue grill and patio. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 14 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished patio where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
There is a Pool for children (3mx3m, depth 70 cm) inserted in the main swimming pool.

This villa is set in such a picturesque location. The sun rising each morning over the Tuscan hills was a fantastic sight. As was the moon rise in the evening. This really was a peaceful location.
