Additionally, there is one room with two beds, a shower, bidet, and WC, all air-conditioned. A small room with one bed and air conditioning is also available, offering access to another balcony.

The apartment is well-equipped with a kitchenette featuring four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a shower, bidet, and WC. Gas heating is available from October 15th to April 15th. You will have access to two balconies, complete with balcony furniture, offering a beautiful view of the lake. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
