This apartment is well located within walking distance of Sorrento town. It is located at a busy junction at the top of a small hill but as the apartment is not road facing, there is no traffic noise at all. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything one needed for a two week stay. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and air conditioning. One of the bathrooms doubles up as a laundry room as it has the washing machine in it but this did not impact upon the ability to use the facilities. There are two supermarkets and a greengrocers within a 5 minute walk. There are two balconies from which one can see the sea in the distance and the vineyard below. We were very pleased with the apartment which also had wifi and would certainly book it again

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Geschirrtücher könnten mehr vorhanden sein (auch eine Spülmaschine?).Der Vermieter könnte auch Informationen über Bahn/Bus hinlegen, z.B. Preise oder Fahrzeiten.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house is very well decorated and we felt at home. There could have been more dish towels (even a dishwasher?). The landlord could also supply some information about train / bus ecc., prices or timetables.

Fantastic property with stunning views from the balcony and well kept grounds. Basic inside but home comforts not missed. Free Wifi available in reception area and breakfast on site if required. Staff very helpful and friendly. Visiting the beach, cable car or Taormina meant climbing up or down many steps but didn't put us off at all. Can't wait to return.

Well appointed accommodation for a self-catering break. The house is situated almost equidistantly between two railway stations on the cheap and frequent Circumvesuviana suburban rail network which makes for easy access to Naples, Vesuvius, Pompei, Herculaneum and Sorrento. However, both stations are a 40-minute walk from the house so, if not taking a car, this needs to be borne in mind. Buses are all but non-existent. The on-site owners are friendly and obliging but speak no English so are unable to offer much in the way of local knowledge. There are shops, cafes and a good supermarket just a few minutes walk away. Be aware, also, that the apartments form part of the owners' home and the courtyard/terrace is communal and thus affords no privacy. All things considered, a nice place to stay away from the more overtly 'touristy' areas providing easy access to the sites while also providing a view of ordinary, everyday life in Campania.
