Parma is a famous city in the region of Emilia Romagna. Thought to have been founded by the Etruscans, Parma is probably most famous for its cured ham called Prosciutto di Parma, their ‘true’ parmesan cheese called Parmigiano Reggiano and the glorious architecture that fills up this urban area.

Famous people that hail from Parma include the well known typographer, Giambattista Bodini who created a typeface titled with his surname. It’s a small but highly popular tourist spot that’s full of life and a warm welcoming atmosphere.
