Italy is famous for her food and there are lots and lots of things, endless things to taste and try when you travel around the country. However, if you have found a vacation rental in Abruzzo and end up in the Teramo area, make sure to make a point of trying the province's famous “Millefiori” (or “Wildflower”) honey.

Wildflower honey is produced in various areas, in the hills, mountains and plains of Italy. However, the honey that is produced in the Teramo area is especially famous and acclaimed. With a unique flavour and perfume that is borrowed from the multitude of different kinds of flowers in the areas that it comes from, there are two different kinds: a clear and transparent variety that is more delicate and sweet, with a less intense flavour and a dark or amber coloured variety that has a stronger flavour.

There is an endless list of things to see and do in Rome. However, this particular series of posts have been concerned with must-see attractions that are also photogenic gems because nothing happened unless you have photographic proof, right? 7. The Cliché Keeper: The Spanish Steps

So, almost every guide is going to suggest a visit to the Spanish Steps and we hate to be cliché but…you really should!

Rome is one of those incredibly beautiful and photogenic cities that people dream of visiting their whole lives. If you have found a vacation rental in Rome and are finally planning a trip, there are lots of places that you should visit. In fact, there are too many...way too many. It would take lifetimes to see it all. As none of us have lifetimes to do anything, try and see as much as you can during your trip and be sure to take lots of photos to remember it all by and to have more time to take it all in afterwards!
