Villa Cerchi
Continuing on from our previous two posts and rounding up our list of ten of our best historic vacation rentals, we have three more amazing properties to discuss.

8. Villa Cerchi

Villa Cerchi is a beautiful villa with private pool that was created from the restoration of an ancient hamlet of houses dating back to the 12th century. Once owned by the prominent Florentine Cerchi family who made their fortune through trade and finance, it is now an incredible rental property that boasts 7 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14. The interiors are simple and modern with a touch of local rustic style in the details. The pool area and courtyard are both particularly lovely and sun spots that catch the warm Tuscan rays. However, it is the tranquil and panoramic location that seals the deal. The surrounding views are stunning and it is an ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful holiday on the hills surrounding Florence. With prices starting from €450 per night, this is a bit of a steal.
Al Mennucci
9. Al Mennucci

If we're talking beautiful views, however, we must mention Al Mennucci. Originally an old hayloft, it was recently converted into the truly delightful cottage that we see today. It is located in a superb position, high in the hills, surrounded by olive groves and pine trees. Both the house and the pretty garden are exceptionally well-maintained by the owners, and the charming interiors are equipped with all modern facilities.

The swimming pool, situated to one side of the house, is perfectly positioned to enjoy the beautiful views. There is also small Hobbit-like house near the driveway that acts as a guesthouse with a double bedroom and bathroom. With three bedrooms sleeping up to six, prices start at €260 per night.
Montebello
10. Montebello

Montebello is a charming farmhouse located on the slopes of Mount Etna, amongst lemon trees descending towards the sea. It enjoys magnificent views across the coast between Taormina and Acireale. Recently restored, it dates back to 1700 and retains many of its original features. The interior decoration, featuring terracotta floor tiles and select antiques, creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. Each room contains elements of traditional Sicilian style. The grounds feature terraces overlooking the garden with a lawn and Mediterranean plants and the private pool, perfect for relaxation. Perhaps one of the most quietly pretty and romantic properties on our site, this is basically a fairytale getaway location and, sleeping up to six in three bedrooms, is available from €214 per night.

So, whether you are interested in a pretty old castle, charming fairytale cottage or historic seaside villa, you'll find it all and more with Easy Reserve.
