Mittleres Badezimmer / WC nicht am Boden verschraubt, nur mit Silikon gehalten
Zimmer links: Bad: Duschstangenhalterung nur mit Silikon befestigt /
Badezimmer Licht einschalten nur neben der Zimmertüre (den man nachts erst mal finden muss)
und dazu ein sehr laut laufender Lüfter ca. 3 Meter neben dem Bett, hält alle wach
Duschkabine verschimmelt und undichte Schiebewände
Reinigten selbst erst alle Badbereiche
Für 3 Bäder waren je ein Bidet beworben, aber nur 1 Bad verfügt darüber

Allgemein alle Räume: Spinnweben überall / erst mal einen Staubsauger ausgepackt
Markise vor dem Haus, zerbrochen
Nach Regenfall starke Geruchsbelästigung aus der Versitzgrube


Küche: völlig unzureichendes Besteck, absolut minderwertigst, alle Gläser stark verschlissen und verkalkt
Geschirrspülmaschine: vermutlich Dosierpumpe für Salz und Klarspüler defekt, stark verkalkt und Frontklappendichtung vergammelt /(Schwarzer Schimmel)
Wasserinstallation: 1 Hahn linkes Becken nur heißes Wasser, rechts nur kaltes Wasser, zwei Drehhähne ohne Funktion
Dunstabzug völlig verfettet, eingebautes Licht ohne Funktion


Strom:
unterschiedliche Wand-Steckdosen, teils sehr lose in der Wand, zerbrochene Stromadapter (nicht verwenden!)
Wenn 3 Wasserboiler und der Herd in Betrieb sind, fliegt immer die Sicherung


Garten: alle Plastikmöbel und auch die Auflagen verdreckt und sehr alt / Sonnenschirmständer alle undicht / Pooldusche außer Betrieb
Viele Gartenfliesen wacklig / Holzgeländer völlig marode und unsicher

Handtücher alle zerschlissen

Im gleichen Haus lebende Inhaber, halten sich nicht wirklich an die, aber uns auferlegten, Ruhezeiten.

Sicherheit:
Feuerlöscher vor 7 Jahren abgelaufen, keine Brandmelder und auch kein CO² Melder trotz Gasflasche in
der Küche
Eingangstüre: defektes Zylinderschloss (falscher Einbau) nicht absperrbar

Mülltrennung und Entsorgung:
wir haben die aktuelle Gesetzgebung der Müllentsorgung / eigenständiges fahren zu den Containern in
3 KM Entfernung nun kennen gelernt.. Eine mehrsprachige Hinweisinfo hätte viel Diskussion die von
der Sprachbarriere geprägt war, deutlich erleichtert.


FAZIT:
Das Haus ist völlig in die Jahre gekommen. Meiner Einschätzung nach versucht ein handwerklich nicht
wirklich Begabter Herr der auf dem Gelände wohnt, Dinge selbst zu reparieren. Wobei seine Fähigkeiten
auf den Einsatz von Panzertape und Silikon beschränkt sind.

Was ist in Ordnung:
die Klimageräte funktionieren bestens
der Pool und Umgebung ist sauber

Es war wundervoll. Der Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Wer die Toskana genießen will, kann es hier bekommen.

An absolute dream. The house is well-equipped and exudes that perfect Tuscan charm. The large garden has plenty of cosy corners that are perfect for sitting in. There’s also a hammock and a table tennis table, and thanks to the brilliant weather, we were able to make the most of the pool.
The hosts, a very warm couple, create a welcoming atmosphere from the very first moment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, loin de la foule des plages bondées. L'accès direct depuis la maison à la plage est un vrai plus. Les hôtes sont charmants et accueillants. dans la mesure du possible, nous reviendrons c'est sur.

This villa is an absolutely perfect way to enjoy some peaceful time in the beautiful tuscan countryside. It had literally everything we needed, was clean and the pool was well maintained daily. Not too far to drive to local shops, cities and the beach. Me and my family absolutely loved our time there... bellissima.

Rustig plekje om heerlijk te ontspannen. Fijn zwembad. In de ochtend eten met zonsopkomst met uitkijk op de bergen, s'avonds bij de bbq. In de keuken waren genoeg borden en dergelijke, behalve wijnglazen(die hebben we zelf 3 gekocht en daar achtergelaten) en een snijplank (maar die hadden we zelf bij). Het bed piept ook bij draaien, maar goed geslapen. De woning blijft lekker koel ook al is het heel warm buiten. Onze hond ging bij warmte lekker binnen afkoelen, kon vrij rondlopen. Leuke bergdorpjes in de buurt, kleine supermarkt vlakbij, grotere in een ander dorp. Elke nacht in september wel burlende herten, soms dichtbij. Wij houden van de natuur dus niet storend voor ons. Wel 2 hertjes in de ochtend gezien. Everzwijnen hebben we niet gezien, maar onze hond ruikte wel iets in het bos en weiland dat ernaast lag. Eigenaar woont ernaast, zijn vriendelijk en helpen direkt als het nodig is, spreken alleen italiaans.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A quiet spot perfect for relaxing. Nice swimming pool. You can enjoy breakfast at sunrise with a view of the mountains, and have a BBQ in the evening. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates and the like, though wine glasses were missing (we bought three ourselves and left them there) and there was no cutting board (though we had brought our own). The bed creaked when turning over, but we slept well. The house stays pleasantly cool even when it is very hot outside. Our dog could roam freely and enjoyed cooling off inside when it was hot. There are charming mountain villages nearby; a small supermarket is close by, with larger ones in another village. Throughout September, you can hear deer rutting every night—sometimes quite close by. We love nature, so this didn't bother us; we even spotted two deer in the morning. We didn't see any wild boars, though our dog did pick up a scent in the woods and the adjacent meadow. The owners live next door; they are friendly and quick to help if needed, though they speak only Italian.
