We stayed in June, start of July, the view is breathtaking, the rooms are clean, new towels every 4-5 days, and the pool well cared for. Everybody on the street open and friendly. And we could ask our contact and housekeeper for information. Even a small Restaurant und shop very near by- for supermarkt Sant Agata has to be visited though. The scent of the pines and Oleander, the lemon plantages, the small bays to reach only by foot, and all these views, coming so often just by surprise- wonderful! We loved it!!

Tutto molto bello e curato. Ottima la pulizia, proprietà bellissima con tutto il necessario. Un angolo di paradiso a pochi km dalle principali città della zona. Proprietari gentilissimi.

Cercavamo relax e natura…abbiamo trovato un luogo incantevole. Un casale bellissimo, spazi all’aperto ampissimi, barbecue e forno a legna, totale privacy e una piscina deliziosa ci hanno accolti e ci hanno donato una settimana meravigliosa.

Splendida posizione panoramica. Vista sul mare, Isola del Giglio e Argentario, colline e ulivi. Caldo se con pieno sole ma soffia un gradevole venticello. Posto adatto per vacanze in assoluta pace e silenzio. Due unità abitative rustiche con l'atmosfera toscana. La sera si può andare a cenare in uno dei numerosi ristoranti tipici (ottimi a Magliano, paese molto carino). C'è una strada sterrata adatta più a jeep che ad auto normali (nel caso, mettete in conto 10 minuti andando molto piano). Piacevolissima la piscina (dove vengono a bere le rondini). La notte, dato che non ci sono luci nei dintorni, stellate magnifiche. Noi non ci siamo mossi ma in mezz'oretta volendo siete al mare.

Wir durften einen schönen Urlaub in Riparbella vom 26.06.2021-9.07.2021 verbringen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es funktionierte alles wunderbar. Die Verteilung der Gäste am Pool war auch sehr gut und es war nie überfüllt. Das Restaurant auf dem Gelände ist nicht der Hit und die Preise sind völlig übertrieben. Da isst man besser und auch günstiger in Cecina Mare an der Promenade. Schade da, wenn das Restaurant besser kochen würde und die Preise auch stimmen würde hätten wir einige male dort gegessen. Aber so leider nicht. Da wir vor 4 Jahren bereits einen tollen Urlaub hier verbringen konnten ist uns aufgefallen das seit des Besitzers-Wechslung oder Führungswechsel eher genommen wird als geboten..... Sehr schade.
Vorteil währe wenn bei der Buchung der Anlageplan mit den Häuser und Wohnungen dabei wäre um zu sehen welche Wohnung man genau bucht.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa in 8 (5 adulti e 3 bambini) ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica. La posizione è ottima — in un posto tranquillo, allo stesso tempo vicino alla città di Nardò e alle spiagge più belle del Salento. Le spiagge nei dintorni sono sia sabbiose che rocciose per gli amanti del mondo sottomarino. La villa è spaziosa, confortevole, con Internet di buona qualità, molto pulita e semplicemente bella, situata in mezzo a un enorme giardino con una varietà di alberi. La piscina è grande, adatta sia per bambini che per adulti. C’è anche comoda area grill nel giardino. Mino è un ospite simpaticissimo, sempre pronto ad aiutare e dare consigli. Contiamo di poter soggiornare nuovamente nella questa villa meravigliosa.

Sehr schönes und gut gelegenes Haus. Ein wenig anstrengend, da sich Wohnung im 2. Stock befindet. Der Garten ist herrlich. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas dürftig (z.B. kein Schäler, wenig Schüsseln usw.) und dadurch, dass wir 300€ Strom und Reinigung nachzahlen mussten, auch etwas teuer.
