Positiv:
Zum Entspannen genau das richtige. Toller großer Garten auf mehreren angelegten Terrasen. Einfache funktionelle Ausstattung. Internetempfang über Handy sehr gut. Toller Ausblick vom Kirchenplatz zum Meer und nach Dolcedo. Für Hunde perfekt da Grundstück eingezäunt. Wandern gut möglich. Ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kurze Wege in die Stadt bzw. ans Meer.
Negativ:
im Sommer viel zu warm da keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator, Fliegengitter nur an 1 von 3 Fenstern. Mehrfach in der Woche Veranstaltungen am Kirchenplatz bis tief in die Nacht.

Positive:
Just the right place to relax. Great large garden on several landscaped terraces. Simple functional equipment. Internet reception via mobile phone very good. Great view from the church square to the sea and Dolcedo. Perfect for dogs as the property is fenced. Walking is possible. Well-balanced price-performance ratio. Short distances to the town and the sea.
Negative:
Much too warm in summer as no air conditioning or fan, fly screens only on 1 of 3 windows. Several times a week events in the church square until late at night.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

The service was excellent, Marta was amazingly helpful. The apartment was on the whole very good, although there was no cooker only a hob and no barbecue which it had been advertised with, and was a key requirement for our holiday, so this made it very difficult to cook meals

Super Lage, nette Besitzer und alles in allem eine gepflegte Anlage. Zudem wird viel Wert auf Mittags- und Abendruhe gelegt, sodass es die perfekte Location für Familien ist. Natürlich ist das Gebäude etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was jedoch durch

It was a nice and comfortable place to be, fully equipped and luxurious. The busy road is a pity (but known in advance); There was a problem with the WiFi: Halfway through the stay, it cut out because the bundle had run out. The landlord should take an unlimited bundle.
