We had a lovely stay at villa Camporempoli, the concierge Mariana was amazing and a really good cook!
The house itself, the pool and the common rooms are very nice but the bedrooms and bathrooms could use some renovations. Also, be aware there is no air-conditioning and it gets very hot.
The view is amazing but make sure to have a good car to get up the rocky road to the house.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

We have been to the villa four times with different friends and family. It has the feel of a true Tuscan villa. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and very private. The greatest benefit is that once you leave the property, the beautiful walled city of Cortona is just a short walk up the hill. The location is extremely convenient to get to all the Tuscan and Umbrian towns you will want to visit. You are no more than 90 minutes by car to get to all areas of both provinces. Right down the hill from Cortona is Camucia which has a train station with ample free parking that can get you anywhere you want to go. I don't think you can find a more beautiful, well situated place in Tuscany to be.

We booked the Villa for a week in July 2026 for two families - 4 adults and 4 kids
A very beautiful large villa, well maintained, the pool is awesome and the view is amazing – the real Tuscan feeling ????
Kitchen is a bit old, but everything is there, working fine. All equipment was useable, and nothing was broken.
The pool and garden were maintained almost every day and was nice to use.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Beautiful view. Nice house and lots of space. The house was even better than described. There is only sun in the swimmingpool area from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. in july.

Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] It was wonderful, and we definitely want to come back! The hosts are incredibly nice, the house is clean and fully equipped, and the pool is the highlight.
