Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few kilometres from the city of Arezzo. Borgo di Usciano can be reached by an unpaved road through the woods of about 1.5 km, which is well maintained and suitable for all types of cars.

It is located about 900 meters from the center of Camaiore, on the very first hills, on a private road and is surrounded by greenery with views of the town.
It has private parking for 4/5 cars in its own olive grove, 30 meters from the house.
The very large house is divided into two parts: one is occupied by the owners, and the other, with a private garden, is occupied by Casa Luigi.
The garden, spanning over 1,000 square meters, features a private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, 1.4 meters deep, with a waterfall and salt water purification), a tennis table, a gazebo, relaxation areas, and a barbecue.
