The property is a part of a large agricultural business managed directly by the owners: inside boasts large spaces while outside offers a fantastic swimming pool.
Guests can also use a tennis court/football pitch located roughly 50m from the villa.
The rental is composed of 4 units which are not internally connected and also offers a beautiful living area with a cinema area, a large fireplace, a small kitchen corner (microwave, American coffee maker, small dishwasher, espresso maker) and a children’s playroom with toys.
Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a chromotherapy shower and a bathroom with a shower.
The owners live upon the property but do not share the use of the outdoor spaces or the swimming pool.

The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.
