Detached small villa for 4 people in Frabosa Sottana (CN).
Very easy access, with no stairs to climb as the apartment is entirely on the ground floor.
Pets are welcome. Bring your furry friend on vacation!
The 70-square-meter house is modernly furnished and comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and Nespresso machine. It is equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, cookware, and all the small accessories needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Free Wi-Fi. Smart TV.
The television doesn't have satellite channels, but it's connected to Wi-Fi and it has apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, AppleTV, etc... so if you have streaming subscriptions, bring your passwords!
No gas risks: the house is entirely electric (air conditioning for heating and cooling, and an electric water heater).
The price is all-inclusive, and upon arrival you will find the beds made up, with towels, and the rooms heated or air-conditioned.
We'll welcome you personally upon your arrival, but if you have last-minute reservations or arrive late or at night, no problem: you can check in independently using our key box.
Our "Alma Montis" home is in an excellent location, with shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and businesses all just minutes away.
"Alma Montis" is located a short distance from the best hiking trails and at the gateway to the "Mondolè Ski" ski area, comprising the Prato Nevoso, Artesina, and Frabosa Soprana areas, which offers a total of 105 km of slopes served by 25 facilities (gondolas, chairlifts, and ski lifts).

Unique and absolutely amazing location!
Villa Lucrezia in San Lorenzo al Mare: an old railway tollgate has been transformed into a lovely small villa, just over the beach.
The apartment is on the first floor, it has a large panoramic terrace with an amazing sea view.
Bedroom with a double bed, living room with a sofa-bed double, equipped kitchen, bathroom.
Dishwasher and washing machine. Satellite TV with European free-to-air channels.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE LOCATION OF THE HOUSE:
The house can't be reached directly by car, because it's on the cycling path and pedestrian street "Pista Ciclabile del Ponente Ligure".
This path is forbidden to the car traffic. The house is located 400m from the closest parking area (paid parking area - hourly fares).
When guests arrive, we suggest to park their car in this parking (next to the old train station of San Lorenzo al Mare).
Then, they have to walk to the house, about 400 metres of flat road (the cycling-pedestrian path).
There is NOT a private parking place at the house. The house cannot be reached directly by car.

We suggest a walk and a ride on the cycling path! In San Lorenzo al Mare you can rent bikes, e-bikes, tandem...
Below the house, you find a private beach (beach establishment, with sand - where you need to pay to use umbrella and sunbeds. An early reservation of the beach is recommended!), and next to it, there is also a free beach (public beaches: one with sand, one with rocks).

"Villa Emanuele" consists of a main villa and a small neighboring house, in the same property.
It's on a hill, in a quiet residential area between the villages of Costarainera, Lingueglietta and Cipressa, yet at less than 10 minutes by car from the beach.
Beautiful garden with lawns, palm and olive trees. Weekly maintenance by a gardener.
Garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols. Tennis table.
The swimming pool (10x5 m) can be heated in winter and cold seasons.
Wooden pool house, with whirlpool hot-tub for 5 persons, and shower.

The main villa has 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating 12 people.
It has elegant and modern furnishing and stylish decor.
Ground floor: 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
First floor: a very spacious kitchen + living room with dining table and chairs, sofa. Direct access to garden and to the large terrace, which has electrically controlled sunroof, lounge furniture and grill. On the first floor, there is a large bathroom with a double shower.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; 1 double bedroom. This room has another terrace with sea view and sun loungers.
The neighboring house can be accessed from the garden.
It's a small wooden annex, with equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.

Please note that the small annex hosts 4 people maximum, and it's not suitable for small children or elderly people, because there is a steep staircase to the mezzanine bedrooms. The ceiling of the ground floor is approximately 1,9 m and the ceiling of the bedrooms is 1/1.2 m.
Outside of the annex, there is a patio for "al fresco" dining, with grill, table, chairs, couch.

Approximately 300 meters below the property, there is the coastal highway. Depending on the wind, it may be minimally audible, but it's not visible from the house.

Door and corridor that lead to the first bedroom, with canopy double bed, Satellite TV, washbasin, fridge and microwave, just for simple meals. (Next to the basin, behind a door there is a small laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.)
The second double bedroom, with Satellite TV, is separated from the first bedroom by a sliding glass door. The second bedroom has direct entrance/exit from/to the garden.
The third double bedroom is next to these two rooms.

In the first bedroom there is a big air conditioning unit that serves the three bedrooms.
