The villa, equipped with all comforts, is composed of a main house and guest house, sleeping a total of up to 12 people. The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, from which the owners produce wine and olive oil (guests will be offered a tasting in the estate's cellars).
The house's central location is convenient for visiting Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and the entire Chianti area with its characteristic villages (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, etc.).
Access to the house is via an unpaved road in good condition.
At guests disposal: large, well-tended garden with round pool reserved for guests' exclusive use (about 16 x 11 m- minimum depth 50 cm- maximum depth 1,4 m- open from 01/04 to 30/10), outdoor shower (hot water), changing room and wc in the pool area, barbecue, gazebo and wood-burning oven. Casale Valdichiana is a nice stone building with private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably in five bedrooms with three bathrooms. Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Creti, Italy in the tourist area "Cortona And Surroundings" and only 13 km (8 mi) from Cortona.
The property is internally divided into three apartments and the owners live in another house nearby (30 meters far away).
