Important: The First floor is accessed only through the external staircase and it is not communicating internally with the ground floor.

Casetta i Ciliegi can be reached via a scenic mountain road that is partly unpaved (about 4 km), not recommended for sports cars. Especially the first time it may be a little difficult, but once you get there you will understand that it is worth making a little effort to admire such a beautiful view. Description
If you decide to spend your vacation at Fattoria Le Chianacce you will find yourself immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, between Arezzo and Siena, overlooking the Valdichiana hills that mark the border between the two provinces.
Le Chianacce farm was founded in the last century and was aimed at raising the prized beef and pork that has always been produced in this area. The owner wanted to recover a part of it, leaving it completely identical to the original construction and equipping it with simple and essential furnishings, which will bring you back to the warm atmospheres of times gone by.
Near the farm you will find the small village of Farneta with the eponymous Abbey of Romanesque origin, which is definitely worth a visit. Because of its strategic location, from the house you can easily reach all the most important art cities and tourist resorts of central Italy.
Only 7 km away you will find the characteristic town of Foiano della Chiana, with its red brick buildings, perched on a green hillock. In Foiano there are all the necessary services, restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy typical dishes and local wines, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies. If you love shopping, a few kilometers away, you will also find the Valdichiana Village.
The Farm has six apartments, four of which are available to guests, and two inhabited by the owners. At your disposal is a common room with television, laundry, bicycles, ping-pong table and outdoor space equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the sun and beautiful summer days.
A few meters from the house, on a natural terrace, you will find the large swimming pool (size 20x8 m. - depth 1.20-1.40 m. - open from May 10 to September 20), with sunbeds, tables and umbrellas for the private use of each apartment, for your days of relaxation and water games with your children. This house was originally an old hayloft which has recently been converted into a delightful cottage. It is located in a superb position, high in the hills, 15 km to the south-east of Lucca, and surrounded by olive groves and pine trees. There are fantastic views over the countryside and the plain of Montecatini in the distance.
Close to the pool area, there is a stone-built barbecue and pizza oven, an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area. Near the driveway, about 20 metres from the house, there is small guesthouse with a double bedroom and bathroom. The secluded position and the fact that it is accessible by its private road ensure peace and tranquillity for the guests of Al Mennucci. This road lasts for 1 km and it is unsealed, therefore not suitable for low sport cars.
