Other Information
Villa Silva operates with a check-in time between 16:00 and 19:00, and checkout is scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00. A security deposit of 7,000 euros is held by the agency and returned to the client within 7 days pending owner sign-off. An additional security deposit of 1,000 euros is payable in cash by the client directly to staff upon arrival, along with a food extras deposit of 1,500 euros, also payable in cash directly to staff on arrival. All expenses must be settled in cash prior to departure.
The rental price includes gas, electricity, and air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort throughout the villa. Daily cleaning is provided for 4 hours per day, seven days per week, and linen changes are carried out weekly with an additional mid-week change included. An advance shopping service and a standard shopping service are both included, along with porter assistance for all luggage on arrival and departure. Firewood for the fireplaces is also provided as part of the inclusive package.
Heating for the house and pool is available at an additional cost, with pool heating requiring a minimum of 2 to 3 days to reach the desired temperature. Additional cleaning staff hours and personal laundry services are available at an extra charge, as are additional linen changes beyond those included. Telephone and fax services are not included in the base price.
A chef and cook service is available, offered as either a half service covering breakfast and lunch or dinner, or a full service covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, contracted by the week. Waiter service is available in conjunction with a chef contract. Further details regarding chef services and associated costs are available upon inquiry.
2 covered parking spaces for sedans only are located within the nearby village, approximately a 5 to 7-minute walk from the villa. A luggage porter service is included and provides transport to the villa via a private Jeep, which is also available for village transfers during the stay. Please note that the top-floor apartment is occasionally used by the owner and is not available for rent.
