Check-in at Casa Annalu is available from 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00. For arrivals after 20:00, a late check-in fee applies and is to be paid directly on site. A refundable damage deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of the stay, subject to any deductions in the event of damages. The minimum stay requirement is 4 nights, with a flexible changeover day. Linens, towels, electricity, and Wi-Fi are all included in the rental price. A final cleaning fee applies per stay and is to be paid upon arrival. A city tax is applicable from 1st April to 31st October for guests aged 10 years and above, charged per person per day. Heating is available from November to March and is charged per day. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 20:00 and is payable on site.
