A minimum stay of 4 nights is required. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available for arrivals after 21:00 and until 24:00, subject to an additional charge payable upon arrival. A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any deductions in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, a weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms covering 3 hours, a welcome basket featuring local items, and a cot. Please be aware that a number of additional services are payable directly on-site, including a final cleaning fee, a city tax of 4.00 Euros per person per day applicable to guests aged 18 and over, a daily electricity fee, a late check-in surcharge applicable for arrivals after 9:00 PM, and a baby cot upon request.
