Access to Villa Alcantara is via a steep road, which should be taken into consideration when planning your arrival. Check-in is available between 17:00 and 21:00, while check-out must be completed between 08:00 and 10:00. The minimum stay requirement is 7 nights, and during the peak summer period from 22/06 to 26/09, arrivals are permitted on Saturday only. A security deposit of 2000 euros must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay subject to inspection. Pets are not allowed at the property. Should you require a late arrival between 21:00 and 24:00, an additional fee of 30 euros is payable on site. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of the local municipality. All electricity and water consumption is included in the rental price.
