Designed by the owners themselves (both are artists, architects and interior designers), the property is a unique building: constructed on a hill of marble, it offers bright interiors with beautiful panoramic views of Lucca.
The roof of the main house can be opened to ventilate and cool down the entire building (thanks to a system of hydraulic pistons). The house's special large windows can be opened to unite the indoor and outdoor areas. The furnishing is modern and refined.
The villa is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with olive groves and woods.
Access to the property is via a partly unpaved road, with a narrow section about 100 meters long (maximum width 2 meters).

Beautiful independent villa with private pool situated 3 km away from the charming, small, medieval town of Montecarlo, in Lucca surroundings. This villa was completely restored in 2010 and turned into a welcoming country house providing all comforts. The interiors are nicely and tastefully furnished.
