The basement includes a second kitchen, a spacious open-plan area for activities such as wine tasting and cooking classes, a cellar stocked with fine Tuscan wines including Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Chianti, a living area with sofas, and a billiard table. The villa is internally composed by five independent apartments, each with its own entrance and not communicating internally; in spite of this one offers a large dining area with a table suitable to seat the entire group (ground floor, in front of the pool).
Outside, dining together is possible by joining some tables - in the part of the garden facing the swimming-pool.
in case the clients are less than the villa can sleep and the relative discount is applied, one or two apartments with 1 bedroom each will not be available.
