A fully refundable cash security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the time of departure, less any charges in the event of damages. The rental price includes daily cleaning for 4 hours, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and public holidays excluded, as well as gardener and pool maintenance services. Pool towels are provided, and bath towels are changed on Wednesdays. Internet WiFi is included and unlimited throughout the stay.

Please be aware that the owner does not accept bookings from youth groups. These house rules are in place to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for all guests and to preserve the character and integrity of this unique rural retreat.
