Aromatic herbs line the path leading to the rear of the villa, adding a sensory dimension to the outdoor experience. In front of the main entrance, a gravel area accessed by stone steps and framed by a balustrade with small columns is furnished with tables and chairs, providing a charming spot to relax and take in the surroundings. In front of the veranda, a tiled outdoor dining area, also bordered by a balustrade with small columns, is equipped with umbrellas, a dining table, and a comfortable sitting area. A short distance along the gravel path from this outdoor dining space, you will find a built-in barbecue and wood oven, ideal for alfresco cooking and entertaining. Also on the ground floor are a guest bathroom and a cosy TV room with a bookcase. An elegant marble staircase with a wrought iron railing in the entrance hall leads to the first floor, which comprises 4 bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with a small covered terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The second is a double bedroom situated in a loft space, accessed via wooden stairs, and includes a double sofa bed.
