Pets are allowed on request, with a maximum of 1 pet permitted per stay. Please note that if animals are present, the security deposit required is doubled. A refundable security deposit of 500 euros is mandatory. The property requires all guests to provide their personal information, including identification card or passport details, which will be forwarded to the local authorities in accordance with regulations. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission. All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and refrain from engaging in illegal activities. Please respect neighbors and reduce noise between 22.00 and 8.00. Party planning is not allowed on the property. The tenant must be at least 18 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent. Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property. You are responsible for any damage to the property and agree to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during your stay. If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up or notice any damage or problems, please contact the property management immediately. Violation of house rules may be penalized 500 euros.
