The housemaid resides within the villa in a room located on a mezzanine level between the garden floor and the terrace floor. She does not have an independent entrance but ensures maximum discretion, as her room is accessible from the corridor on the garden floor without passing through other spaces, and she enters and exits through the kitchen on the same level. The house manager resides on the villa's rooftop and has a separate entrance. A concierge service is also available at the villa to assist guests in organising any aspect of their stay. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 20:00, and an additional fee is charged for arrivals after 23:00. Check-out time is 10:00. Upon arrival, a refundable cash deposit of 500 Euros is required as a security guarantee and will be returned at the time of departure following an inspection for any potential damage. The rental price includes taxes, cleaning upon arrival, electricity, bed linens, and towels. A final cleaning fee is payable on site at the end of the stay. For stays exceeding 1 week, a weekly cleaning service is available at an additional cost, alongside the final cleaning fee. A city tax applies from 1st April to 31st October at a rate of 2.50 Euros per person per day for guests aged 10 years and above.
