The 15,000 sq m park surrounding Tenuta Bagni de' Consoli is a masterpiece of late Renaissance classical inspiration, entirely fenced and designed with the geometric precision, order, and symmetry of the traditional Italian Garden. Upon entering through the estate gate, a long driveway lined with linden trees and illuminated by lanterns leads to the main entrance on the northern façade of the villa, where a large fountain sets the scene for a veritable park of wonders spread across 3 levels. Long paths wind between large lawns, imposing terracotta flower pots, statues, amphorae, pergolas, watercourses, and stairways, all framing breathtaking glimpses of fields, vineyards, and hills that gently descend toward the distant Adriatic coast. A second fountain is nestled within a peaceful green haven ideal for meditation or quiet reading, while the centrepiece of the park is an exquisite landscape composition linking a beautiful fountain at the heart of a rose garden, framed by an original arched structure, to the large outdoor swimming pool via an imposing marble staircase down whose sides water flows gracefully. Throughout the park, an extraordinary variety of flowers, plants, and trees surrounds the splendid fountains, which create heavenly atmospheres with their plays of water and light. A large natural-stone fountain at the far end of the park completes this timeless journey through history. Please note that photographs of the park were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the grass may differ at the time of arrival.
The large outdoor swimming pool covers 130 sq m, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 3 m. It is tiled in mosaic, illuminated, and equipped with a chlorhexidine purification system. Surrounded by a generous solarium furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, it offers an enchanting view of the marble staircase and the rose garden set on the hill above. The outdoor pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The indoor swimming pool, measuring 60 sq m (12 x 5 m) and 1.60 m deep, is also tiled in mosaic and situated in the modern annex connected to the villa. Large windows surrounding the pool offer a wonderful view of the park, and when the French windows are opened, the indoor and outdoor pools appear to merge seamlessly. The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional fee, except during July and August. The first floor, accessible via 3 different staircases, features 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each equipped with a hot tub and shower, 2 additional double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room, and a study. Please note that 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom on this floor can be internally connected. The attic floor comprises 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with tub.
The modern annex is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor, accessible from the main villa via a staircase and a characteristic tunnel, the space opens onto the large indoor pool area and includes a living and relaxation area, a bar, a veranda, a bathroom with shower, and a gym equipped with a changing room and an additional shower. A wellness area with a steam bath, sauna, and a bathroom with shower, as well as a professional kitchen, are also located on this floor and are available on request for an additional fee. The first floor of the annex contains 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning is available exclusively in the bedrooms.

Pets are welcome at the property; please note that a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies per animal per week. The gym is fully equipped with a changing room and shower facilities. Access to the wellness area, which includes a steam bath, sauna, and a dedicated bathroom with shower, is available on request with a minimum of 2 days notice. The professional kitchen is likewise available on request. The indoor swimming pool can be heated on request, except during the months of July and August, with a minimum notice of 2 days required.
